As our 60th anniversary year draws to a close I hope that everyone has enjoyed something of our various festivities.
We began our year of celebration with a Reception at Milford Haven Museum where we entertained dignitaries of the town and showed off our exhibition of photographs and memorabilia which had been such fun to put together.
At the end of June we entertained members of our sister clubs from USA, the Netherlands and Harrogate for an action packed Friendship weekend including singing, dancing, eating, and a lot of laughter.
In September, we hosted a formal celebration lunch and welcomed Soroptimists from other clubs in our Region as well as past members. We were entertained by One Voice Choir to round off this memorable event.
Finally, a service of thanksgiving at St. Katherine’s church was followed by a Tea Party attended by club members both past and present. Thank you to all club members for your support in organising these activities throughout the past year.
