The goal setting and mental health program at the St. Michael’s Orphange for girls was held on 23rd March, 2023 as part of Internation Women’s Day celebration of SI Poona. It was very well received by girls of Std 8, 9 and 10. Dr. Raina conducted the career and goal setting exercise and Dr. Naina Athalye conducted a session on mental wellness during mensuration and the importance of nature cure and yoga.Goal Setting & Mental Health Program
