Club Management

How do we manage the club?

Soroptimist Runcorn, Frodsham and District has made the decision to manage the Club flexibly for the foreseeable future.

We have Secretary, Treasurer, and Programme Action Officers in post.

The club is divided into three strategic planning groups each with a Programme Action and Membership Officer.

Each group takes responsibility for a third of the Club year.

Each group is responsible for planning and running meetings, writing the meeting notes and taking the lead for club events that happen during their time.

The remaining two groups  support the lead group in planning and organising any club event.

Within in each group, members take it in turn to chair meetings, take and write meeting notes, suggest and book speakers or any other task needed to manage the club.
