IPP Ruth Healey gave a detailed update on the new SIGBI website being developed. It will be made in WordPress, like previous versions of the website, but will be brand new. As such there will be no transfer of previous material into the new club and regional pages, although the current version will be frozen and accessible for a certain length of time.
It’s a chance to sweep clean our website pages and make sure we are using them as a vibrant shop window for prospective members and collaborative partners!
The development of the new website will include training sessions for all club comms officers, and short ‘how to’ videos that will accessible via The Hub. We will be loading new material into club and region websites in Sep-Oct this year, so will have some time over the summer to take some engaging photographs to use, and to develop the text about our projects and impact.
