For our next meeting I would like each club to provide a written list of all their current projects. If we have similar projects, can we learn from each other’s experience? If different, could your club do similar?
In my previous email, I have asked you to review the feedback we gained at our last Regional meeting about the future of Regional Programme Action. How are we collectively going to act on this? Most importantly, is there a collective view on a Regional project and if so what? Tracy (Solent East) and member of the RMT has been tasked to deliver a Regional poster at conference in November. Do we have a view on what that should be? The closing date for applications is in the summer, so we don’t have oodles of time. Is there a single Regional project which merits highlighting, which hasn’t been presented before? Your lists will be very helpful here. I have copied in Tracy, so that she knows we are on it!!
