We are set to complete our 50 mile walk around Telford. It has been an enlightening experience finding so many beautiful green areas in such unlikely places. We have walked, talked and picnicked our way round with the odd drop in to members gardens when COVID restrictions allowed. What made the experience so pleasurable was the company of fellow members and our furry companions. We will dedicate our last section to Margaret Chavasse an avid Walker taken from us too soon.
The next leg leaves The Wrekin behind and takes us from Lawley, via Horsehay, to Oakengates. It is amazing to find some beautiful green spaces where, when passing by car, the areas look built up and these green havens are missed.
