LOVES ME – LOVES ME NOT BOOKMARKS
The Torquay and District Soroptimist Club are continuing to promote the award winning ‘Loves Me – Loves Me Not’ bookmarks created by Soroptimist International Club Yeovil.
Yeovil Club created, printed and distributed this bookmark out of concern about an act of violence against a young woman. Many women and girls feel they are to blame for not doing what their partners want and there are very few resources available for prevention of domestic abuse.
The bookmarks are being distributed to the Women’s refuge and to professionals supporting vulnerable women and girls.
