We have recently celebrated the 80th Anniversary of our Club Charter – our 80th birthday! We held a celebratory meal at Hurlston Hall just outside Ormskirk. It was well attended with guests and fellow Soroptimists.

Members and Guests recently attended our Annual Garden Party. An opportunity to get together for fun, food and friendship. More importantly, an opportunity to raise money for local charities.
At our recent A G M, we installed all our new officers for the year. It was also a celebration of the year just gone and a look to what the next year holds for us.
Both President Sheila and Immediate Past President Chris are presented with flowers as a ‘Thank You’ from the Club.
Outgoing President Chris presented Lorraine from RASA ‘Comfort Bags’ to be given to anyone who accesses their service. This was our project for the year and we are sure that these bags will bring a little comfort to those in need.
