Member receives British Empire Medal for Charity Fundraising

Gwen Stewart at her award ceremony. Gwen was honoured to receive this award for her fundraising for the SSPCA and Marie Curie for many years. As Programme Action Officer for SI Hamilton Gwen is still very involved with fundraising for Soroptimists projects.
Members of SI Hamilton presented Gwen with a delicious cake, flowers and a card, at a special  lunch. She has received congratulations from members throughout the Scotland South region.
