On Saturday 20th July 2024, 6 Medway and Maidstone Soroptimists joined around a hundred supporters and volunteers, gathered on Rochester’s Esplanade for the Dedication Ceremony of the Suffrage Sensory Garden.

It was the SIGBI Day of Action on 13 July. The theme this year was poverty.

At the July club meeting, we were pleased to welcome Mel Dann Adamson as a new member. Carol Infanti, Membership Officer presented Mel with her name badge.

On a cold and blustery Saturday in July, Janet Garnons-Williams and Carol McKeough, from Medway and Maidstone supported the Chatham community carnival by helping on the Amnesty International stall.
