Anti-Slavery Day

ANTI-TRAFFICKING STICKERS
Penny, Emma and Graham with our Anti Trafficking Stickers

In July we got our Anti-Trafficking Campaign off the ground (literally!!). After months of planning and hard work led by our PA Officer, we were able to launch the stickers to go on the bumpers of lorries. Emma Elston owner of UK Container Maintenance ( 2012 Businesswoman of the Year) and Graham Evans, MP for Weaver Vale helped with the launch and our thanks go to Emma who has also agreed to sponsor the development of smaller stickers to go on car bumpers.

Northwich SI welcomed at Sir John Deans

Northwich SI supported the International Anti-Slavery Day in November by having an information stall at Sir John Deans.  We also promoted the Purple Tear Drop campaign to “End Sex for Sale Advertising”  and added more signatures to our national petition.
