The UN 16 Days of Activism takes place every year between November 25th (International Day of No Violence against Women) to December 10th (International Human Rights Day. The colour used for publicity is Orange, which leads to Orange the World projects worldwide. In 2022, SI Scarborough had a table in the entrance to Scarborough Library for a week. There was a window display in Malton too. Club members attended the table every day and gave out leaflets gave out Satsumas and Werther’s Toffees, as well as having many interesting conversations. For 16 days, an Orange the World posting was made on SI Scarborough’s Facebook Page and Twitter handle.
