In the years 2017 to 2019, the two SI Yorkshire Presidents, Chris Clark and Pat Kilbane, had a theme for the Region’s Programme Action, “The Power of a Second Chance’.  SI Scarborough members decided to compile a fund raising booklet called, ‘The Power of a Second Chance’. The booklet would contain real life, inspiring stories from members, not only from SI Scarborough, but the whole SI Yorkshire Region. We will also be asking for the £80m that our HM Treasury has received from the sale of HMP Holloway (the only women’s prison in London) to be used to deliver the Strategy and ensure
