Between the two afternoon sessions of the Soroptimist conference, some members of the club and supporters got together to plant trees and hedging. It’s to commemorate a century of our organisation. Our partner and the recipient of our legacy planting is Stafford Riverway Link, a Community Interest Company, which is gradually reinstating the canal link between the Staffs & Worcester Canal and the centre of the town of Stafford. It will be a place for community, for exercise, and wellbeing.
