Marketing, Membership Development & Communications (MMDC) Group
- To find ways to market the club in the community, raise the profile of the club and increase membership. This will include quarterly newsletter, regular events bulletin, website, social media presence.
- To support and encourage prospective new members.
- To support new and existing members to ensure they are able to take a full and active role in projects and events, and to take club officer roles. This will include ensuring a robust mentoring programme is in effect, as well as debrief of new members to inform on-going strategy.
