Marketing, Membership Development & Communications (MMDC) Group


Main objectives:

  1. To find ways to market the club in the community, raise the profile of the club and increase membership. This will include quarterly newsletter, regular events bulletin, website, social media presence.
  2. To support and encourage prospective new members.
  3. To support new and existing members to ensure they are able to take a full and active role in projects and events, and to take club officer roles. This will include ensuring a robust mentoring programme is in effect, as well as debrief of new members to inform on-going strategy.
