Hand in Hand focus on helping Syrian communities to regain the skills, confidence and dignity to rebuild their own lives. They support families to recover from the disastrous situation in their country, creating opportunities for sustainable long-term livelihoods with a focus on the most vulnerable: including Syria’s children, the disabled, elderly and female-headed households.
