Along with a number of other Soroptimists across Scotland, club members Jenifer McFarlane and Carol Roxburgh had signed up to complete the Glasgow Kiltwalk in April. One of the many casualties of the pandemic, it lead to them taking part in a virtual Kiltwalk 11 – 13 September.
They raised over £600 in sponsorship for the SIGBI Federation Project Empowering Girls in Nepal
Jenifer was accompanied on her walk from Johnstone to Lochwinnoch and back by Maureen Collison, a member of SI Dundee, while Carol walked with her niece Marissa.
