Soroptimists know that the online world can expose girls to online messages of hate, homophobia, racism and sexism. Issues that can lead to mental health issues and self-confidence problems.
The aim of this soroptimist project is to understand more about the world teenagers experience online and how widespread some of the issues are. Once we have more information, we will be able to add our voice and support to charities, pressure groups and lobbyists who are pushing for change.
