Fourteen members attended the Bournemouth SIGBI Conference
APD Peace, Nisha Gosh and APD Planet, Naina Shah came back to Cornwall with us and spent a few days visiting the county and meeting as many club members as possible. They had hospitality with club members and visited Lands End, St Michael’s Mount, Lanhydrock, Bodmin Jail, Truro & St Austell shops, Wheal Martyn & Eden Project, Mevagissey & Charlestown despite the most awful weather. They sat in on a Club Executive meeting and cooked an authentic Indian meal for club members. it was a great opportunity to meet Soroptimists from another country and learn about their projects.
