My Personal Reflections and Christmas Wishes
I’d like to take a moment to share my thoughts with you.
All the things we say and the great things that we do.
Soroptimists are caring, so thoughtful and so true.
Offering our skills, whilst imparting lots of knowledge too.
We give so freely of our time to many deserving cases
Whilst our International Women’s Day walks
Really puts us through our paces.
Fundraiser fashion shows and summer lunches, lots of fun
Dinner at The Bear Hotel after a trip to the Physic Garden
We help out Barnardo’s at Parc Prison
Giving Service where we can
Proud winners of the Welsh Volunteers of the Year Award
For a listening ear and genuine helping hand.
We donate to Ty Hafan.
Which is a very worthy cause
We support Empowering Girls in Nepal
We don’t need any applause.
Educate Empower Enable
That has always been the plan
We do things because we care.
We give our time, because we can
Hosting teas for Contact the Elderly
So good to see the ladies, with some time to laugh and smile
Tea and Cake is served with love and friendship
We aim to go that extra mile
SI Bridgend, you give so very much
I’m a President who is proud

Let’s share it really loud.

Come and join us, having fun
I’m proud to be a Soroptimist
And I know I am not the only one
The year so far has been productive
Thanks to our team leaders doing well
Yes we have three fabulous ladies
Who just love their roles .. I can tell
A warm welcome to our three newest members
Who have joined our busy crew

So that we continue to grow, develop and improve
