It has been a busy time at the Dandelion Time May Fayre for the Medway and Maidstone Soroptimists helping out on the Refreshment stall.
We had lots of lovely homemade cakes and savouries donated for sale along with hot and cold drinks. As usual the Refreshment stall proved popular with the hundreds of visitors.
Photo below (taken by Jane Barnes) shows those members having worked the morning shift with other members set to takeover for the afternoon. (L to R Melessia, Stella, Sharon, Carol, Wanda and Janet).
A lovely and enjoyable time with lots of people at the Fayre on such a sunny day. Hopefully, Dandelion Time will raise a lot of money. Indications are takings on the Refreshment Stall were in excess of £1200 but await confirmation.
