Alexis was simply delighted to #ChooseToChallenge as a Soroptimist in presenting a cheque for £600 to North Surrey Domestic Abuse this month. Lock downs have enabled the Club to collect over £3000 to support local and international projects. Instead of ‘meeting and eating’ to enable progress we’ve zoomed in since April 2020 and instead contributed the cost of supper to a fund. Our 2021 endeavours We chose to challenge the UK government and to work alongside UK PAC to lobby the Secretary of State, Lords, MPs and men & women to enable massive and important changes to the UK Domestic Abuse Bill.   We provided funds for vouchers and food to two foodbanks, an incredible sum
