On Friday, 22nd May 2015, Club Members spent an enjoyable evening with Dianne Potter, President of South Australia.  Dianne and her husband were vising Chester during their travels in Europe en route of the Soroptimist International Congress in Istanbul.  After walking around the historic Walls of Chester members enjoyed a meal and exchange of news.  President Victoria hopes to meet up with Dianne again in Istanbul.                

In March 2014 a speaker from BAWSO came to our meeting to tell us more about Female Genital Mutilation, and how their local organisation provides specialist support for BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) people in need.
