KNITTING FOR CHARITIES

A lot of us are happy to knit to support charities. I am enclosing three patterns. The first is a pattern for a Remembrance Poppy Pattern for the British Legion. If you do knit a poppy remember to donate at £2 to the British Legion and if you sell the pattern on, then again it is £2.  If you knit and sell a poppy then it is right to ask for at least £2.50.

The second pattern is for a shawl/wrap that can be used for the women who are in the Fistula clinics in Ethiopia. It is made up a squares and is a simple but very effective and useful project

The third pattern is for knitting a Burundi Bear to be used to support the charity Facilitaid
