Beryl’s winning sunflower

During the summer, SI South Caernarfonshire ran a region-wide competition to grow the tallest or quirkiest sunflower, with proceeds going to their club charities. SI Llandudno member,Beryl grew the winning  sunflower.

On November 10th , 12 members went to Coleg Cambria  to attend the Regional Change of Insignia meeting and Presidents Lunch. The main speaker was Tim Nelson, representing the charity “Hope for Justice”. Tim gave a very inspirational talk. Their aim is to rescue victims of Modern Slavery and their mission is “Change Lives, End Slavery”.

REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY 12TH NOVEMBER 2017

President Elect Celia laid our wreath at the Cenotaph on Llandudno Promenade..

Members attended the service at Trinity Church and joined the parade to the Cenotaph.
