The Nottingham Child Contact Centre was one of nearly 200 organizations to win the prestigious Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service this year.  Representatives, including Nottingham Club member Lynda Clifford, were welcomed at a Reception at County Hall given jointly Civic dignitaries from Nottingham City and County.

Nottingham Soroptimists are proud to help out with approx. 40 hours service per month at the contact centre, as well as being represented on the Management Board.

On 31 May SI Nottingham raised £245 for the Child Contact Centre on a Charity stall at the local Autokarna. This will fund Christmas presents for the children using the centre at that time.
