Forthcoming Meetings

SI Surrey Hills is based in Godalming.  We hold regular club meetings in person with a bite to eat locally first for those who can join, and also on line. If you would like to attend a meeting, please contact our membership secretary for further details of the venue and timings.

Our club welcomes new members: we would love to be bigger, with the opportunity to work on even more projects.  Please do think about visiting us if you are interested in Soroptimism or anything you have seen on this website.  Visitors are welcome to most of our meetings.

Our recent and forthcoming meetings are listed below.

  • 18 May – Business Meeting. By zoom 7.30pm for 7.45pm.  Email for Zoom login
  • 30 May (Sat) – Club tombola stall at Godalming Town Show.  Also collecting lightly used bras, mini toiletries, new flannels & new toothbrushes for Club projects.
  • 8 June – Club business meeting. By zoom 7.30pm for 7.45pm.  Email for Zoom login
  • 15 June (Sat) – Regional Meeting  Wickham Park Golf Club, PO17 5PJ.  9.30 – 3.30 pm.  Speakers include My Sisters’ House Women’s Centre.  Visitors welcome.  £16.00
  • 22 June – Speaker Meeting: Jean Arrick, (just) past Mayor of Haslemere.  Baptist Church Hall, Queen’s Road, Godalming. 7.30pm for 7.45pm.
  • 6 July – Business Meeting Project – By zoom 7.30pm for 7.45pm.  Email for Zoom login
  • 20 July – Speaker meeting.  Claire from Your Sanctuary Women’s Refuge.  Baptist Church Hall, Queen’s Road, Godalming. 7.30pm for 7.45pm.
