The Club supplies packs of toiletries for use by those accompanying patients who are admitted unexpectedly by the Palliative Care Unit. Concerned about the patient, the relatives often arrive at the Hospital without any provision for themselves. The emergency packs include flannels, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrushes, combs, razors and other useful toiletries. This work is organised by member Jackie. All members, however, contribute to the contents. The photo below shows packs waiting to be delivered to the Hospital:
