Sue Kinsey reports that the SI Aberdeen chocolate Tombola stall at Queen’s Cross Church on 22nd November raised £100 for the school for street children in Chenai.
At our meal meeting last night we enjoyed an demonstration on creating a Christmas table decoration from one of our own members Marjory Smart. This was followed by a silent auction which raised £340 for the International President’s Appeal.

At our 85th AGM Hilda Smith took over as President from our Joint Presidents Marion Miller and Audrey Masson. Pat Stewart was elected as President Elect
Well done to all our friends and family who provided items to sell at this years charity shop. We are delighted to announce that just over £2000 was raised for Charlie House. A big thank you to all our members for their hard work throughout the week.
On Sunday 9th March 2014 SI Aberdeen celebrated 85 years with fellow Soroptomists from around Scotland. A fabulous lunch was enjoyed by all at The Douglas Hotel. You will find photographs of all of our guests in our gallery page.
