Region Plastic Re-cycling Project
Several years ago in response to David Attenborough’s concern about plastic in our oceans, the Region Programme Action Officers Sian and Esther introduced Poly de la Mere, this was to encourage members to collect plastic bottle tops.
Over the 2-3 years region members collected 1000’s of these plastic tops.
These were delivered to a local business Plastecowood, a North Wales firm based in Bodelwyddan
And were recycled into this fabulous bench.
