At the start of her final meeting as President, Sandy Taylor installed Barbara Beeching as a member of SI Crosby.
“I am delighted to finish my year on a high note”, she said. “I have had the honour of welcoming a total of six new members to our Club during my year. Thanks to the hard work of our membership team – and the support of everyone in Club – we now have 41 Crosby Soroptimists. We are a rich mix of expertise and interests, backgrounds and ideas.”
Barbara’s mentor, Ann McCracken, added: “Barbara, I am sure, will soon get involved in everything we do, and I look forward to helping her settle in to club life.”
