Members of SI Nottingham celebrated International Women’s Day 2019 with our friends at the local charity WeRhere. WeRhere support children, young people, their families and carers who have experienced significant traumatic life events such as domestic violence, grief, loss and bereavement. Access to therapeutic support makes a significant difference to the sense of emotional well-being experienced after such life impacting events.
Women’s empowerment was celebrated with poetry, readings, and choral music.
