On 16th September 6 members of the walking group enjoyed a 7 mile walk in glorious sunshine from Cartmel, up on to Howbarrow, returning via Speel Bank, Over Ridge and Well Knowe. The afternoon was rounded off with tea in Isabel’s garden!
