Over 90 members and guests enjoyed a “ Deck the Halls” flower arranging afternoon with Joan Bentley with humour, stunning arrangements and lots of ideas and tips for our Christmas decorations. 10 lucky raffle prize winners took home beautiful arrangements. Around £500 was raised for our local and international charities and projects including Barrow Women’s Centre. A big thank you to Joan and everyone who turned out on a very dismal Sunday afternoon to support the event. A good time including excellent tea and cake was enjoyed by all.
