Soroptimists are perhaps not normally renowned for their crafting skills…That said, along with many other Clubs, we’re been doing our bit to help out our local hospitals, hospices and care facilities during the Covid-19 pandemic.

We recently delivered another 276 bereavement hearts, 38 ear defenders and 63 bags to local Birmingham hospitals. The total number of items delivered is now 1,594 so that’s 1,594 people we have helped in some way – amazing. Good to have 6 clubs from within our Region working together on this too – excellent team work!
We’ll be making more washing bags for local distribution, plus scrubs and other items as needed.
