Jennifer McLelland QPM MA is a retired Detective Superintendent awarded the Queen’s
Police Medal for her 30+ year career in safeguarding, domestic abuse, and serious
crime. Now a professional coach, mentor, and Regional President of Soroptimist
International Midland Chase, she helps organisations recognise red flags of abuse and
harassment, support colleagues with compassion, and build safer, more respectful
workplaces.
