Welcome to the North West England and the Isle of Man website.
We are Joint Regional Presidents for 2025-26 and we are both in the Lancaster club.
Therese joined SI Morecambe in 2009 and served as President twice. She transferred to SI Lancaster when the Morecambe club closed and has spent two consecutive years as President.
Val joined SI Manchester in 1996 and served as President twice and Regional President for South Lancashire in 2007-08. In 2019 she came to live in this region and transferred to SI Lancaster where she has served a year as President. She came into office in November 2024 as Regional President and now will share this year with Therese.
Our theme for the year is Our Planet, Our Power, as we believe none of us can thrive without a healthy planet.
Friendship is the heart of Soroptimism and we hope to visit each of the clubs in our region during our year in office.
We would like to continue supporting Lancashire Women as the regional charity.
