Regional Council /Programme Action Meetings are usually held in the County Private Dining Room at Lancaster University which is situated approximately 3.5 miles south of the City of Lancaster on the A6 and close to Junction 33 of the M6 motorway, making it a reasonably central location for all clubs to access. One meeting per year is normally now held by Zoom.
There are three full council meetings a year in February, June and November, to which all club members are invited and encouraged to attend. Additionally we hold an annual Regional Lunch (date and venue varies).
