Soroptimists had the charity stall at St Albans Christmas Market on Friday 12th Dec selling Kenyan Jewellery made by HIV +ve women in aid of International Peace Initiatives (IPI) www.sigbi.org/st-albans-and-district/our-international-project/ www.ipeacei.org a charity helping Kenyan women and children affected by HIV/AIDS. The money from the sale of the jewellery goes to the women who made the jewellery because it is their own sustainable business. In addition 10% of sales goes to educating girls from the IPI Amani Children’s home. The IPI tools are education, enterprise and empowerment.
