Eight Club Members accepted an invitation to an evening at Hotter Shoes in St Albans. They learned all about these British shoes – had a great time trying on dozens of pairs of shoes, were given refreshments and goody bags filled with treats including scarves and purses! Retail therapy at its best – of course most of us bought shoes with the discount we were given for the evening! Jennie even won a pair of shoes of her choice in the raffle – she was really chuffed – and they are lovely…
After the shoes we all retired just down the road to L’Italiana Restau
rant for much needed sustenance after all of that shopping!
