The Tea and Tarts event on 20th July raised £225 for the BIG Project. It proved to be a lovely afternoon. Georgina gave an informative talk about black tea production processes after which we were able to taste 8 very different specialty teas. The home made tarts were delicious accompanied by a cup of our favourite of the teas. It was fun rating the different teas (and tarts!) Guests were given information about Soroptimist International and the Swindon & District Club as well as the BIG Project.
