Brilliant sunny weather right on the seafront in Bournemouth assisted the marathon runners along last Sunday. Over 30 of our members and friends staffed a hydration station and earned a healthy donation for our charity Cementing Futures. Over the years we have become experts in opening the packs of bottles, removing the tops and organising a system to hand the water over to thirsty runners.
We also get rather wet, laugh a lot, and chat! Thanks to SI Southampton, Poole and Ashford for joining us too. We enjoyed your company.
