Our meetings are held normally on the third Monday of the month at west Hants Tennis Club at 6.30 pm. We have a two course meal and then a speaker or discussion. Dates are for 2023/24:

June 19th with speaker Poppy Blundell, The Liberty Project, BCHA
July 17th- Social event at the Branksome Dene Room with fish and chip supper
August 14th with speaker from the charity Future Pillars
September 18th our 85th anniversary celebration
October 16th with programme action update and planning
November 20th with feedback from the SIGBI Annual Conference
December 18th our Christmas Party
January 15th with speakers Dr Orlanda Harvey & Dr Louise Oliver, Senior Lecturers in Social Work from Bournemouth University
February 19th with programme action update and planning
March 18th with speaker Councillor Avril Coulton, Mayor of Christchurch (TBC)

June 10th- Visit to Russell-Cotes Museum and Art Gallery for tour of the garden and cream tea
June 29th- ‘Violence Against Women and Girls: Social Justice in Action’, conference jointly organised with Bournemouth University
July 10th- Invitation by SI Poole to join their talk on ‘New Life as an Artist’ by Debbie Underhill
September 24th- Sponsored walk in Christchurch to raise funds for the Planet Group project supporting small business loans
October 8th- Running a hydration station at the Bournemouth Run to raise funds for our international projects
