Don’t we look fabulous as more than 50 of us gathered round for our 50th Celebrations group photo in the courtyard of the Lord Leycester Hospital ! So many friends from Midland Arden Region joined us together with Arnhem Oost, Remscheid and Cardiff. We had a fabulous tour led by two of the brethren who live there, so much history but very much part of the modern world. We learnt that an episode of Dr Who was filmed there and that the buildings have been used for the forthcoming Christmas Carol – hence the artificial snow in June!
The current Master Heidi Meyer is the first female Master in its 500 year history, if you ever get the chance to hear her speak do go, she’s had an amazingly interesting life.
