The St Albans and District Soroptimist Club’s Planet Team organised a lovely guided walk in Great Linford Manor Park on Sat 16 July https://www.theparkstrust.com/parks/great-linford-manor-park/ with Milton Keynes Parks Trust guides. Milton Keynes Soroptimists joined in too, to mark the #SoroptimistDayofAction . 
We saw beautiful trees, heard interesting history with good company, ducklings, sculptures (including wooden sheep) – the list goes on!!
The park has recently not only been awarded Green Flag status again, but also the Green Heritage Site Accreditation award in recognition of its local and national significance https://www.theparkstrust.com/blogs/it-s-a-green-flag-double-for-the-parks-trust
It is a lovely place to explore and with a cafe at the Art Centre in the Park and the Nags Head Pub very close to refresh you before and after – what can be better!
