What can we do? In the current circumstances, charitable fund-raising event opportunities are limited when we can’t meet in person.  Even the old standby of a raffle is difficult when we can’t sell the tickets! Enter the simple idea of a 100 Club. This is defined as a small society lottery in the Gambling Act 2005 and ours is registered with Lancaster City Council, registration number SL0014. There is no limit to how many numbers each person/club can buy, but if the total number application exceeds 100-multiple number requests will be limited.
