SI Southport members held their annual Christmas Fayre in early November.
As usual, the cake stall and bottle tombola sold out quickly, but there was also bric-a-brac and wonderful costume jewellery and scarves for sale, as well as a stall with some unusual festive gifts. We also ran our Christmas cake and hamper raffles and we were delighted to welcome the Mayor of Sefton, Cllr Dave Robinson, who agreed to draw the winning tickets.
All proceeds are destined for our local charities. We were delighted to welcome members and lots of visitors, who were most generous and just over £1000 was raised.
