SI Esperance is using its YouTube Channel as a tool of advocacy, awareness and education about the club, its projects and its causes.

Our research has indicated that YouTube is used by the entire spectrum of age groups in the population whereas other social media is somewhat age related. YouTube is a social media platform. Its core functionality beyond presenting videos to watch is to allow for social interactions. It’s the quintessential social video platform because it reaches so many people.

 

 

The YouTube Channel has provided another platform to achieve Goal 1 ~ Increase Soroptimist advocacy at the global level, Increase the international visibility and profile of Soroptimist International.

 

 

SI Esperance has started to use it as a valuable tool to promote the work of the club and all that is important to Soroptimist goals.
