Forthcoming Meetings

SI Surrey Hills is based in Godalming.  We hold regular club meetings in person with a bite to eat locally first for those who can join, and also on line. If you would like to attend a meeting, please contact our membership secretary for further details of the venue and timings.

Our club welcomes new members: we would love to be bigger, with the opportunity to work on even more projects.  Please do think about visiting us if you are interested in Soroptimism or anything you have seen on this website.  Visitors are welcome to most of our meetings.

  • 10 January (Sat) – Project – collection for Liphook Foodbank – Sainsbury’s Liphook 10 am – 3 pm
  • 12 January – Project meeting.  By zoom 7.30pm for 7.45pm.  Email for Zoom login.
  • 26 January  – Speaker: Jean Arrick, Mayor of Haslemere. Baptist Church Hall, Queen’s Road, Godalming. 7.30pm for 7.45pm.
  • 28 January – Club Exec Meeting. By Zoom.
  • 9 February – Speaker from Ask for Angela  By zoom 7.30pm for 7.45pm.  Plus report on our findings from survey of local hostelries on uptake of Ask for Angela  Email for Zoom login.

  • 28 March (Sat) – Regional Meeting – Petersfield Golf Club.  Speakers include Dawn Sanders, former England women’s rugby player and Kate Belinis, SIGBI President Elect.
